Tower (Bldg 14) for X-Shift Online

Ah yes, another tower. I am going to hate to unwrap this thing. Your basic tower but with wind generators in the center of its length. There is a basic parking lot and a courtyard fountain complete with a very ugly stone garden.

Do cheap motels get any uglier? No, I think this will do fine.
